Our clients are national, European as well as globally acting industry circles and trade associations.
The cooperation among and with our clients is usually based on an individual “Antitrust Compliance Declaration”.

We ensure that all activities operate on safe legal ground and are in strict accordance with the relevant national, supra-national or international antitrust jurisdictions.
All participants acknowledge that all activities have to be in full compliance with EU competition law, in particular but not limited to Art. 81 and 82 EC Treaty as well as any national laws.
All members of an industry association need to explicitly agree to observe rules and general policies including statistical rules and compliance policies.
